Question : i have a 1992 dodge cumming an the wait to start light flashing when motor running
i have a 1992 dodge cumming an the wait to start light flashing when motor running
Answer:
There are no glow plugs on a 5.9 Cummins. They use a grid heater that is located at the base of the air horn on the drivers side of the engine. The wait to start light will flash when the air intake temperature sensor is bad or the wire is unplugged. You should check there first. Basically the wait to start flash means the temp sender circuit is open. The air intake temp sensor is located on the drivers side close to the air horn. Check to see that the connection is good first. If that doesnt fix the problem the replace the sensor. If that doesn't work trace the circuit back to see if its broken. If that doesn't provide a solution then the control module is probably at fault. I believe the module is located on the firewall below the brake booster. Its not much of a PCM to speak of, it just controls the grid heaters, the water in fuel light and the KSB (an injection timing control that aids cold starting by advancing injection timing). The KSB advances timing a couple degrees which helps with cold starting and running but does add some power. The timing advance isn't used on a hot engine due to emissions. If the KSB were to remain on and advance timing no harm would be done but some power and mileage gains could be had at the expense of emissions. Because of this some folks wire a switch to activate the KSB whenever they wish.

Question : Hair color help, went too light. How long do I have to wait to color again without turning it pink or something
Ok so,I color my hair every month but this month I went almost platinum.Anyway,I have done this before and it went too light then I colored it that same day again and it turned it light pink. From people who know for sure, how long do I have to wait without it turning into a weird color Thank you.
Answer:
STOP do not pass GO. It depends on the type of hair you have and your ethnicity. If you are an African American and you used a permanent color do not do anything else to it. No matter who or what color you are i advise you to go to a salon ASAP to get this rectified before you do any further damage
