Drywall Hoist
After an initial mixup with shipping, I finally received the product. Upon using the item, I find it very useful and worth the purchase/shipping costs. The product works as advertised and is a "life saver" when attaching drywall to the ceiling. The only criticism I would have is that the "brake" for the crank to lift the drywall hangs up and has to be constantly adjusted to allow the lift to work properly. I don't know if it was damaged in shipment, or just has a habit of hanging up on the housing, but it is not a deal killer and with a little practice is easy to compensate for. Overall, very satisfied.

I like this item a lot. I got my moneys worth on this item. However, it is very heavy and awkward. Since I hang the drywall on my own, it makes my life a lot easier.

drywall panel lift
Arrived well packed and complete. Some assembly was required, clear instruction and easyly done. Have 9' ceiling and not a lot of help. although I have to have help to lift up the sheet of rock to the lift, the rest is easy. It makes it possible to set rock up to ceiling and make sure that it fits, if not lower it and then make adjustments. My house is a hundred years old and not alway square and straight. Very helpful tool.

I was very suprised with how easy it was to assemble, use and disassemble the lift. Truely a single person operation.
