Editorial Review :
For the millions of women unable to reach orgasm, or for those who want to improve their sex lives, here is an easy-to-follow diet and exercise plan bring women to orgasm for the first time … and every time they have sex.
In January, 2006, Elle magazine ran the feature “Happy Ending,” introducing Marrena Lindberg as the creator of The Orgasmic Diet. In this book, Lindberg offers a groundbreaking nutrition and exercise program designed to regulate a woman’s brain chemistry and body functioning and bring her to mind-blowing orgasm. The Orgasmic Diet includes four simple parts, including:
· A diet low in carbohydrates that avoids “orgasm killers” like refined sugar and caffeine · High doses of fish oil supplements · Internal exercises that go far beyond Kegels · Maintenance of serotonin and dopamine levels
Unlike other orgasm books out there, which focus on new positions to try or psychological issues, here is the first-ever scientifically supported nutritional and exercise method to improve female libido and orgasmic ability, anda must-have guide for any woman looking to take her sex life to a whole new level.

Editorial Review :
Maisy mavens will love to look for her in WHERE IS MAISY?, a happy lift-the-flap board book adventure from award-winning author-illustrator Lucy Cousins.
Customer Review :
a favorite in our house
We love the lift the flap Maisy books, they are a fun way to get my daughter involved in the story and they keep her attention and excitment going from front to back. They have short and simple writing, cute characters, and colorful illustration. A nice, fun book.

Can't Put it Down
My 16 month old son was not interested in sitting long enough for me to read him a book -- until this one. Not that it is lengthly, but he wants to repeat it indefinitely and finds it HILARIOUS. Now he's bringing me books all day, but this is his favorite. "Is Maisy in the boat?" I ask. "Naw!" he says, and laughs. The only problem is how to separate him from it.

KIds Love These Lift the Flap Books
If you are the parent of a young child, you probably know who Maisy is. She's a mouse with a duck, a squirrel, an elephant, and a crocodile for friends. Why the crocodile isn't trying to eat the others is beyond me, but that's life in Maisy's world.
Both of my daughters love the Maisy books; there's something about their simple stories and colorful pictures that even appeals to adults. The books are short and easy to read. But, the stories are never obnoxiously simplistic, like so many other books for small children. This is a lift the flap book in which the childen are lifting flaps in search of Maisy. They find all of her friends before finally locating Maisy. That sneaky little mouse; hiding at the end of the book. One caution, the kids might get a little aggressive with the flaps and tear a few, resulting in the purchase of a new lift the flap book.

Great book for toddlers!
My 21 month loves Maisy. She enjoys "looking" for Maisy and her friends in this lift the flap book. This book also introduces counting numbers, colors and shapes. A great book for toddlers. Another great Maisy book is Maisy's Playhouse.

Customer Review :
Sorry Mike (Mr. Cruz)
Typically I will buy something simply because of the remixer (even though I may not know the song etc,,,) I got this since I know Mike and expected something more powerful, it is a great song, but no buid up to the vocals, #'s 4,5 and 6 are great though with a build up to a power driven diva anthem (an she normaly has in the past) and # 7 is great if you like NO VOCALS (9;15) min of latin salsa, sounds like they just forgot to put in the lyrics, but it has a great "ala jennifer Lopez" latin rhythm, 2 bad no vocals, and it is 2 bad Mike's mix (#3) is very tiresome, after 5 min of the 9:40 remix I'm over it, very monotonous, same beat all through it. It is really 2 bad since this could (and mey be) a great sellng single, in my professional opinion.... well, it's not happening (except for the other mixes) I mentioned jason33305@aol.com prof DJ/jason

Number one club track.
This is the follow up to the top 5 cover of "Nasty Girl" and Inaya Day puts up the latin music for her second number one single "Lift It Up". This is a better more uplifting song theme wise than most club songs out now. It is the latin music that is part of most of the mixes that works the best. For me the best mixes are the Cruz & Francois Vox mix and the Pierpressure mix. Excellent. Tracks: Lift It Up 1- Original Radio Edit (3:52) 2- House Radio Edit (4:10) 3- Cruz & Francois Vox Mix (9:40) 4- Dj Paulo & Jamie J. Sanchez Mix (8:19) 5- Foundation Mix (8:32) 6- Pierpressure Mix (9:59) 7- Cruz & Francois Rican Mix (9:15) Excellent Latin house dance track.

Editorial Review :
For pure excitement and irresistible foot-tapping dance rhythm, you cannot beat the music of the rural countryside of times past. The three wonderful artists heard on this disc are fine examples of just how powerful and expressive this music can be. When we had the pleasure of recording Tommy, Fred, and Oscar way back then, we felt as if we had gone back in time to a still earlier period like the 1920s, so in command were they of the music and so powerful and eloquent were their performances. Thankfully their performances live on to delight and enthrall the spirit and to animate the legs, and you just can't ask for more than that from music. -from the liner notes by Rich Nevins

Our son has all 4 in this series that are available and they have become his favorite which is amazing since he is 3 and a half and has over 100 books in his library. He especially likes them since dad has a John Deere lawn tractor and he has a John Deere Gator and Power Pull tractor.

Question : Why is being tall good
I hate being tall, i'm 6'1 and I wish I was in 5'7-5-10 range being short brings all types of benefits like being able to compete in more sports like gymnastics, sking, and skateboarding. The taller you get, the more balance you lose, and the more balance you lose, the more lankier you are. Your strength depletes from you as well, because lifting becomes more difficult from your long arms and long legs Imagine squating alot of weight when you're 6'4 or more; almost imposssible Shorter people are known to be faster, stronger, competant in every way, and even more handsome They're fast and quick; just look at Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee, Van Damme, Phillip Rhee, Simon Rhee, and Jackie Chan Boxers like; Mike Tyson, Oscar De La Hoya, Floyd Mayweather Jr, Sugar Shane Mosley, Tommy Hearns, Ken Norton, and Sugar Ray Robinson. Trackstars to football stars; alot of them was short. All of them got another thing in common too, and that is that they are all the best of the best
Answer:
Well, to a certain extend it helps to be tall, like,u wouldn't want to be only 5'4 or something. At least,i wouldn't.But,it can be an annoyance if u're above 6 feet tall.I think 5'8-10 is perfect U can't help being that tall,so enjoy ur tallness-remember there are loads of people who want to be tall.

Question : ***Am I doing too much exercise***
hi all, I am 140 lbs and 5'8''. After 2 pregnancies, i have a loose tommy and a little bit large butt. Here is my exercise plan: every week day, 30 minutes biking -indorr, on moderate speed- 4 times a week, 30 minutes perfect butt exercise 3 times a week, 30 minutes crunching every day, 30 minutes weight lifting+working out with equipment once a week 1 hr of body pump exercise (I am on diet -don't eat too much, but a toast with chees in the morning, a sandwich at lunch and salad and/or spagetti at dinner, no othe bread or oily things. no sugar, no sweet. have 1 apple/peach during day.) Lots of water. no coffee, no tea. I want to loose 4-5 kgs. and remain healthy and fit. but I have concerns like exercising too much. because it ends up a full 90 minutes exercise combination every week day, sometimes 2,5 hours one day a week. I don't have possibility to exercise weekends do you think this is too much and i will have no benefit at the end thanx
Answer:
No. You are not working out too much. However...you don't need to do that much w/crunches. While 15 minutes a day of crunches is fine- remember, they only strengthen muscle, they don't reduce fat. To burn the fat, I always have found running to be best...but, either way you need aerobic exercise FOR AT LEAST 40 minutes to burn fat. I am gonna guess that the indoor biking IS NOT aerobic enough for you...unless you are doing SPINERVAL tapes (I race and use these and they are KILLER). If you want a recommendation: M, W, F: Bike harder for 45 minutes M, W, F: Run for 45 minutes T, Th: Weights for 1 hour T, Th: Crunches for 15 minutes Presently, you are working out 9 1/2 hours a week. I am 42 and can become EXTREMELY fit and very competitive in Olympic length triathlons (sub 2hrs 6min) with that sort of hours. And, you can too. The schedule above is a max of 1 1/2 hours a day...and you could split it 45 in morning and 45 at night on MWF. T and Th are weight days for an hour each, followed by some crunches. Total during the week is now 7hrs. On Fridays....you might try biking for 45 and follow it IMMEDIATELY with a 45 minute run. You will be tired and sore afterwards...but you'll also have 2 days to recover. The above leans more towards aerobic and less with weights...but I guarantee if you lift an hour a day 2x a week, you can get great results if you combine it with aerobic activity. BTW, I have trained at over 20 hours a week, so don't let people tell you 9 1/2 is too much. It isn't. Keep eating right, and focus a little more on aerobic activity and you will like the results. The butt will get slimmer. Re the stomach....the problem some women run into is the muscles in the stomach SOMETIMES never return to their original tightness after having kids. If after a year or so this is the case, the only alternative is a tummy tuck. A friend of mine just had this done. She was VERY VERY fit...and no amount of weights or running could help her. She looks great now though. That becomes a very personal and expensive decision however. Anyway- good luck
